Alison takes no prisoners and I mean really takes no prisoners yet works in HR so she keeps us on the straight on narrow individually and as a team. She has helped us better understand how we work individually and collectively so that we can support all those that we come into contact with. She will also give us firm kick up the arse when she needs do!
